There should be Withers & Wither Skeletons. I got stuck in the Nether when a ghast deactivated my portal. I found a fortress and looked for wither skeleton so I could make a fire charge to reactivate it, but then I remembered that there is no wither skeletons on the Xbox360 edition so I was stuck in the Nether :(.
