i think that in whatever world you chose you can spawn two castles and add two new mobs blue soldier red soldier the you can also pick your side and fight the red soldier uses diamond and lava and blue uses water and diamond also mobs are exremely hostile to eachother.

I had a hard time understanding what the post was really trying to say.
In a way though.. this could all be done with just some skin selecting (kind of like blue shirt vs red shirt)
And some landscaping done on creative mode. It'd be a bit of work, but very doable.
I'm not quite sure how you would do the 'team oriented' NPC MOB red/blue soldiers that are hostile to each other, and hostile to opposing players but friendly to allied players under the current MCX360 architecture.
It would require a game modification from what I can tell.
