Deer would be a great addition to minecraft! I have a town world that me and all of my friends play on and one of the guys job is a hunter and he said deer would be great! That made me think of things you could do with deer. You could have a deer farm, you could make carpets and rugs with their skin you couldmount their heads on item frames and like cows you could make armour from hides
Why deer? The PC version doesnt have deer. You're asking them to create an entirely new mob just for the xbox version. That doesnt sound very reasonable.

The xBox360 is supposed to be different from the PC version. Making suggestions that are non-standard to the PC environment is not only reasonable, but it is expected too.

This sounds reasonable to me too. Many people on this forum tend to point out that "This is Xbox-edition, and not Minecraft on the Xbox". At this time, to me, the Xbox-edition feels like «Minecraft light» (or Minecraft with a smaller map and a lot of missing technology). Other than the easier crafting, which I've read about, is there anything else that is present on the Xbox which is NOT on PC?

Other than the easier crafting, which I've read about, is there anything else that is present on the Xbox which is NOT on PC?
Not really... it's not in Java, so you can't easily nor can you legally Mod it, nor are there any Mods that you can apply to it (Against MS rules for the xBox platform regarding end user created content sharing).
Most of the technology has been added, still missing droppers, hoppers, solar panels, and comparitors.
Missing Nether Quartz, Emeralds, pot soil.
Missing the new Biomes that were just added in the PC Ver. 7 update and the 2 new woods/trees that go with them
Missing Horses, Donkeys, Mules, multiple fish types, fishing for junk/treasure
Missing Villager Trading Interface
Missing Fishing Pole enchantments
Red Stone circuitry is glitchy (especially when crossing from one chunk to the next, or when lighting is not constant and the xBox has to compute light rendering changes)
Missing other craft-able items such as carpet, lead-lines, colored glass, colored clay bricks

There is no pot soil. And no, dirt is not part of the clay pot crafting recipe. It just requires three Bricks

My bad... it's 'podzol' not 'pot soil'.... I was watching a youtube video, I didn't get the spelling at the time, but it sounded like 'pot soil'...
Per Mojang "Double the amount of biomes, with new trees/flowers/blocks", including: "Lots of new flowers, including double-tall versions of current plants."

I like the idea of deer (for PC, 360, or both), but I'm not completely sold on it. Maybe they could be reindeer, and only spawn in snowy biomes? I like the idea of more biome-specific mobs. And if we're doing that, then I think cows should mostly spawn in plains.
Also, I suppose deer antler could become a potion ingredient.

Or Christmas Texture PACK and have antlers ( I believe someone mentioned). When you get Christmas Texture Pack it'll add antlers to the deer And without the pack it'll go back to regular ol' deer

Maybe you can apply Red Stone Dust to a live deer and change its nose from coal black to glowing red.
Maybe you can attach feathers to the side of it and create Pegasus.
