Im not talking about modding the game itself, but about dowloadable DLC that can be activated before launching a game!
2- Dedicated servers
I think we should have purchasable dedicated servers, and a server list! Kinda like Battlefield 3's dedicated server service.
3- "Space-time border"
A new dimension with new mobs, ores and landscape:
MOBS:
-Time phenomenom: A ghostly mobs with 20 hearts of health, instantly aggresive and does 2 hearts damage on easy mode.
-Space phenomenom: A electrified-looking cloud that has one hearth of health, but if it stays in the player's head for 2 seconds the player will return to the normal world. Its rare too.
-Sphilens: Reptile-like creatures trapped inside the space-time border. They are neutral, have 25 hearts of health, deal 3 damage per hit on easy mode and can be tamed with a gold ingot.
-Dernons: When the Sphilens were trapped inside the border, they brought a species with edible meat with them. They are friendly, drop 0-3 Dernon Meat on death and have 10 hearts of damage. Their meat can be cooked, and once eated (cooked) it gives 4 hunger points.
-Twilight Monster: This creature is the total end game boss, it cant move but it can extend its tentacles which deal 9 hearts per hit on easy mode. They have 200 health, but once killed they drop 100 levels of xp and a "Twilight Essence" which can be used to teleport to the border at any time.
ORES:
-Physical time: As common as iron, as durable as 800 uses. Swords deal 5-6 damage on hits.
-Physical space: As common as diamond, as durable as 2500 uses. Theres a 10% chance that upon mined they explode, so be careful! Swords deal 9-10 damage (Its the best of the best)
-Combustite: As common as iron, but can fuel a fire twice as coal.
-Twilightite: Once smelted it serves as fuel for the "Twilight Staff", but its as rare as lapis lazuli.
-Creeparite: Its not so rare, disguises as border ores and when mined it makes a tiny explosion causing 50 uses to the pickaxe used to mine it. In its vanilla state (Creative only!) its like a green-blue ore that serves no purpose.
LANDSCAPE:
The landscape would be like some kind of ghostly-electric dimension with sudden space-time explosions in the air. Its mobs must fit these characteristics too.
ITEMS:
-Twilight Staff: Can cause big space-time phenomenoms making all blocks/mobs spin around it and suddenly explode, causing extreme damage to mobs. However it needs Twilightite which is very rare
Others are ingots, meat, etc.
HOW TO GET THERE:
After killing the ender dragon, it should drop "Twilight Essence Fragment" which would be used to craft "Twilight Blocks", then you build a 4x5 space out of those blocks (Like a nether portal) and kill a creeper while its near it. Then the portal will open, but however after 5 uses it will break! (Then the ender dragon will respawn)
This Xbox-exclusive dimension MAY bring a lot of new players!
