Honestly, one of the things I want the Xbox 360 Edition to have is fireworks. When they were officially added to the PC version, I was ecstatic. I spent hours upon hours just making and using fireworks in Creative Mode. Out of all of the things the PC version has over the Xbox 360 Edition, I would die to get the fireworks ported over.
Something I mentioned before I would like seeing. Although some have said it would cause too much more lag/fps beyond what tnt does... I disagree on that though. There was a bit of a discussion about them a while back. Just don't know the thread.
Would love to have them as those would be fun to play around with...:D

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.

I doubt they would cause any lag or fps drop. TNT exploding even lags the PC version so that is understandable. However, my PC can just barely run Minecraft and it handles Fireworks without a single issue. No lag, no fps drop, nothing. I even set off about 30 at once and never lost a single frame or had any noticeable lag.

I think the Xbox 360 could easily handle it.
yeah I tried explaining that to the other people on that specific thread, but they kept practically repeating what they said but in a different way. Like I said I actually disagreed with those people. It was all about the "particles" they created would cause it, say it has more than the tnt. Which I still have to disagree with that..
come to think of it... might have been something I suggested in the old suggestions thread or What you would like to see exclusively in xbox edtion thread. Either way I agree with you on that, as that is one thing that does well in the game. Unfortunately like you at the moment since the 1.4.7 update the fps generally is way too low for me to even place... 5-15 is not even enough to handle playing with mobs, of course I only load it up on peaceful due to that fact getting those numbers. They might be even lower if in another difficulty.
To think before I was getting 20-40 fps...lol oh well I just hope the next update will help that, as I like playing both versions of the game...:D

They could just make a row for each type of explosion shape, then make a scrolling list in those for the different lengths and colors, etc.
They could even reduce how many combinations there are. I wouldn't care all that much as long as they leave all the colors in and stuff.
I thought of possibly a Firework GUI to allow everything.
You'd put the apppropriate item in the slot(s) of your choice and then you'd have your result in anoother slot.

Hmm.. maybe a firework stand, similar to all the other things like crafting table, brewing stand, and the like.
Just with what you mentioned. that actually might work to at least have option to create the various firework combos there are.

How ell would a laptop that can run arma 2 with adverage FPS run MC?
hmm... not sure how good that would be... As my laptop can run that game, albeit a bit of lag or well choppiness here and there. I only at the moment get 9-20 FPS, so I would think maybe either in that range or a little better. Also note that is with the current latest update. Hopefully things will improve because I was getting 24-40 FPS before the 1.4.7 & 1.4.6 updates.
Now back to the xbox talk...lol

I want other thingies first and xbawx can't handle dem pirtaecle iffacts.
And my PC is horrible ( especially compared to the Xbox 360) and can barely run Minecraft.
