The number of votes is higher than the number of unique users who have posted in this thread. So that means people voted without posting in the thread. That's ok, but it's just going to end up letting this get sucked under all the other suggestions.

I like the Idea.

I would love this it would take away from the ever loud droning noise of placing blocks, especially in a superflat would.

Yeah, they can't lose with this one. This little focus group thing going on here makes a powerful case against the audio monotony that is minecraft. They plan on stepping away from the PC version anyways, right?

Probably to prevent us from spamming the guy who voted against it. Since the votes are private, people will vote how they really want to (whether trolling or actually not wanting it for some reason) without fear of someone coming after them. I'm not saying any of us would do it, but someone out there might actually do something to the person.

I've wanted waterfall sounds for a long time. I like waterfalls and I've made plenty of them, but without the sound of falling water I feel they still lack something.

I can agree with that.
Having more diverse landscapes with plateaus that could create waterfalls would be nice.

Like I hate the animals with a passion in this game. They're the most annoying thing I think I've ever come across in gaming history.

And one of them is especially the noises they make and the way they behave. I wish I could just make them shut up but still hear the sound of walking/mining. But no, every sound is either on or off.

As long as we have a option to turn it on or off or keep the sound default I'm in... seems like a good ideal.

Good idea the music and sounds get really really annoying

Adding more ambient noises would be awesome!

If they do add more noises they should unveil it here.

I would like wind animations for leaves and grass, and wind sounds, birds, crickets, all that kind of sounds.
Also cave ambience [PC] isn't on X360, where I made a thread on.

Wow. This thread is still going strong. 7 pages strong. I must admit I'm surprised. I figured a few people would see it, then it would fade away and get buried under all the repeated and locked threads.
