well i think this idea well cause to much lag but my idea is new weather like tornado,floods,earthquakes,and more crazier rain this well cause trees to callapse and probly even move your house! ok the second part to this is buildings. like give a specfic block to brake then when the block is removed it well cause you house to callapse i hope i get lots of support (battlefield style)

More crazier rain?! it already rains like every other day in minecraft. So far I would say too much. If you want to mess with something that collapses, I would suggest playing with sand and gravel.
Flooding I can see a few problems with, especially when you don't want a specific hold to have water in it. Tornados; you really don't want another thing that can grief exactly like the creeper, but bigger.
Over all I do not like this idea at all... Since I am builder first before I am a survivor, even though I mention I am a survivor builder.:D

The simple solution to not wanting to use more intense weather systems is to make it a settings option that you can choose to turn on or off.
