So with all the back and forth I've read about minecart speeds messing up peoples tracks and whatnot how about we either get a slider bar in the options to set minecart speed between 1 and 10 or an idea I like even better is make each cart itself adjustable on speed. In some instances if you got a track setup a specific way you might want it to run in the middle speed range to trigger things correctly.. then maybe you have a track setup just for traveling and you want to move faster. Let me know if you like the idea.
Hmmm. Well, the Minecart is now twice as fast than before in the previous update, so I'm fine with the current speed.

Yesterday I was on my way to class, when a black cat fell from the sky. I didn't really know what that nonsense was about so I asked him if I could step around him because he was bad luck, but he simply meowed and then disappeared. I was a bit worried that maybe he'd teleported to Afghanistan or somewhere equally dangerous, but a wizard came and assured me that it was alright. I threw my Zune at him because I was 78% sure he was lying. The wizard roared at me and sentenced my mother to thirty five years of chain smoking. I was sad.
Maybe something like redstone repeaters or note blocks (PC thing) where you right-click it to change settings. Click the cart once it goes from slow to medium, again for medium to fast, again to reset it to slow.
I definitely support this. It shouldn't be difficult to add, and it would be a nice distinction from the PC version.

I'm glad you are ok with the speed now. It doesn't personally bother me since I rarely make tracks anymore.. I just dig everywhere and make frequent trips back to the homestead. I was merely posting this as a suggestion though since there are quite a few people who have had issues with the changes back and forth. This could solve the issue for anyone who has a problem with the speed now and also give those that don't an option to change it up. =)

Not sure why you put the "(PC thing)" in there since we have repeaters and note blocks on MCX360 unless I'm just misunderstanding that. Thanks for the support also. I think it would be an easy fix that everyone would agree on. Not sure if there is any reason why they wouldn't consider doing this.
