Drawback I- Strength of bow x 1.5
Drawback II- Strength of bow x 2
Drawback III- Strength of bow x 2.5
Drawback IV- Strength of bow x 3

Eagle eye I- zoom x 2 and lower
Eagle eye II- zoom x 3 and lower
Eagle eye III- zoom x 4 and lower
Eagle eye IV- Adjustable zoom 2x - 5x

The only good enchantment is eagle eye l and lV. it would be very annoying to have a ultra-zoom that you cant adjust

Or you know, learn how to aim since zooming won't really change anything since arrows arc.

Meh, don't really see a need for such an enchantment since you learn how to aim with a bow eventually. Something I would like to see would be a "sniper" type enchantment in which you deal more damage the further away your target was from you when you initially shot the arrow (so no ender pearl abuse if it was just based on distance), but something like that seems opish and not very vanilla. :/
