As the title, allow hostile spawn eggs to be used in peaceful to create mobs. Eg; Ive created a maze and would love to have triggers to spawn mobs, but only if triggered as random mobs would create an issue.
I'm going out on a limb and assuming you mean aggressive mob eggs since passive ones can be used in Peaceful.
I also see no problem with just switching to easy....
In this example i have a maze. We shall call it the mad maze. Littered with pressure plates and other entity triggered traps, poorly lit to set the mood, the point is survival. Its more a gauntlet than anything. It would be nice to have hostile mobs that are triggered at specific points.
I cant very well have hostile mobs spawning in an area that has a floor rigged with pressure plates covering every single block with tnt gravel and lava benethe and only 1 path through. Or perhaps triggering the altered hallways of the map where darkness is key to assist with confusion since its basicly 3 hallways that have multiple shifting junctions.
It would probably be easier if you could see the map. Just a suggestion anyway as it makes mobs controllable. Say i want a blaze to spawn in a specific place but dont want the random creeper to spawn or zombie to trigger a hallway shift thus preventing the mazes completion
