I have a fedish with making large tower buildings but I dont enjoy going from tower to tower climbing up the stairs... I dont wanna make bridges to the other towers because that would just look tacky...
I think hang gliders would be an awesome addition to minecraft, that or Zliplines.
I actually like the idea of the zipline. Since the one thing I would like brought to xbox is the trip hook and placeable string. Those two items probably would become important for that item.
gliders would be interesting even if they were similar to boats. The exception being of course the glider would be above you and you "glide down gradually. If you hit something... that might chance it to break. Land on your feet, you could reclaim the glider, with a smaller chance that it would break. (last bit to account for crash landing)

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
I want gliders to break to themselves when punched, but when hitting a vertical surface like a cliff or the ground at an extreme angle they should break.
I'm thinking either rare dungeon chest spawn of lots of feathers
