I mean, if you want some people to be able to join your world so that they can put in work or what ever, just leave it on friends only right??
Except I bet all of you has one person that you talked to on here on your friends list. I mean, I like you guys, but I'm not gonna trust you with my diamonds.
Thats why xbox needs password protected worlds. So someone can leave their world on as like a dedicated sever without having to worry about being griefed.
Currently, as an alternative, there's "invite only" ... and only invite your friends you do trust.
However, if you're out of the world and the world lags out and kicks everyone, you have to invite them back into it. This is because the system doesn't really know whether or not invdividual players were kicked accidentally or whether the host wanted to kick them for another reason. However, there is another suggestion going to have a "Trusted Player List" (although it seems to involve changing the "Invite Only" function.
Instead of a password, I would like to see a trusted players list that the host can generate for an individual world that would become active when a trusted players toggle is activated by the host. In this way, if the world goes down and the host toggles both the "trusted players" toggle when reloading it, only the players on the trusted players list could re-enter the world without receiving another invite. If the host wants not to include all the trusted players for that session, they could instead toggle "invite only" and invite only the players he/she wants in the world during that individual session.
