I would like to see more mobs in the oceans, after all we all have large oceans. Id like to see some jellyfish that drop poison to make poison arrows. When the arrows hit the mobs their health ticks down like when mobs are on fire. We would also need antidotes incase we accidentally hit each other lol.
I'd really love to have some other animal mobs added to the game. Sharks sound cool, but I don't think I would enjoy the game much if a shark could eat me out of my boat. Maybe while you are digging in the beach you could find oyster shells and they would be a food source and rarely you could get pearls from them
i would add tameable fish that you can put in a tank made out of glass that you fill with water, all different kinds of fish including squid, octopus, starfish, sharks, eels, and coral you can decorate the tank with.
This should be a mod, if it's not already. I'd suggest posting in the suggestions for mods section.

Well, this isn 't really a new mob, but I would like there to be different colors of wolves in each biome. Like gray wolves in the forrests, white wolves in the snow biomes, and a rare golden wolf should spawn in the dessert 5 times per world.
But, a NEW mob I would like to have would be Herobrine.
Penguins feed them raw fish to tame and they will follow you and if your attacked they will do a slide while sliding into an enemy snow forms underneath them the slide does 3 hearts of damage and pushes back 3 blocks they can breed by raw fish and will lay an egg after one day of care the egg will hatch into a baby penguin
EDIT: Completely redone. This is DEFINITELY the mob I want added to Minecraft.
A dark wisp (a floating orb with shadowy flames emanating from it) that will attempt to touch the nearest enemy, engulfing them in dark flames and no longer occupying a square of its own. It continues to engulf its foe until dead or scared away by glowstone. If an engulfed foe takes damage, the wisp also takes that damage.
While a foe is engulfed by a wisp, that foe will sustain damage each second and appear to be on fire, lit by black flames.
Wisps are insubstantial while in their native form and thus immune to physical damage. They still take damage from energy such as fire and lightning. If struck by lightning (while an extremely rare occurrence), it will die. If in fire or lava, it will take damage normally but will always try to avoid entering squares of fire or lava. Because they float, they are immune to falling damage.
The wisp is afraid of and harmed by the light emitted by glowstone (but not any other sources of light). If close enough, it will sustain damage each second it is within the light and will immediately attempt to flee directly away from the source. If currently engulfing an enemy, it will break away to flee.
Wisps are naturally frail, having only 3-6 hearts life (not random, but somewhere within that range as a default).
