So caimans are alligators/ crocodiles.

Another mob I wouldn't mind is bears.
They should hang around caves, guarding a treasure so to speak and shouldn't be aggressive unless you get up in there face.
They'd let you know they're there before attacking you by growling/ roaring and if you don't promptly leave they'll attack you.
Relatively tough about 15 hearts health and 3 heart attack damage, so you don't wanna try them before you have a sword atleast.
They should also fight monsters.
As an added extra there could be bee hives which are a lock that spawns on the underside of oak wood branch blocks.
Trying to knock it down gives you a small swarm of bees doing 0.5 damage per second.
If you have honey from the hive in your hand beers will follow you acting neutral and you can give them it to attempt to tame them.
The first honey will make them neutral the second will have them defend you from other players and the third will be they follow you around and wait we're you tell them.
Be hives should spawn at any time through the game but be very rare.
Maybe you could also make war bear armour?

They don't actually have poison, it is bacteria on their teeth that enter our system.
yes i know that. but its easier to say poison because in a way the bacteria does poison us

i think that would make it too OP because who wants a mob that takes about 3 hunger bars AND 6.5 hearts

Grizzly Bears, or some other kind of dangerous mob that we can have durign the day. Have them be a bit rare.. but really strong and really tough.

Yeah, we really need an agressive mob during the day. Something like a bear would be great! Maybe a lion, a cobra, an angry penguin, really there's so many possible animals

i like the cobra idea. maby the would spawn in the deseert in in the middle of a dessert biome and a small forest biome cobras tend to live like that because they cant regulate there body tempuature when they get cold they go to the desert (or hot spot) when the get hot the go under a tree. im not saying add that part in the game. im just saying it would make sense if they would spawn near deserts and forests
