So I was thinking, notch has always said that he won't add animals that you could ride extremely quickly ( like flying on a hawk or cars) because it would lowed up to many chunks and it would put a lot of stress on your computer but on the Xbox, because of such a limited world, something like a hawk that you could ride may be possible! Or maybe I'm completely and utterly wrong! But if this is true, THROW IN A FLYING UNICORN MAN! Or possibly a Pegasus with a horn...

-giants of any sort. maybe changing between biomes (frost, forest, desert giants)

When you said giants I just got a new idea. Wouldn't it be sweet if there was a giant made out of the land around. So you wouldn't see the giant it would just be part of the ground and if you break any blocks on it it would rise up and attack!

What about piranhas in rivers.
And sharks in ocean?
Each should drop something so they're not just annoying.
The piranhas would spawn in schools, do small damage, be hard to hit, but die very easily.
Sharks should be fast and damaging but not always hostile.
A bit like endermen.
Like if you go into the water bleeding/ missing a heart they would attack you.

Giant octopus that can attack boats and swimmers. It would make sea travel perilous. They only stay in water over 3 blocks deep.
seems to make sense to live under 3 blocks under water. since it is a giant octopi it should have allot of room. any less room would be torture since it wouldnt fit. the only problem is this is the xbox version. and i dont think the xbox can handle a giant Octopi

well it doesnt really matter what you can handle. what matters it what the xbox can handle. i doubt the xbox can handle the ender dragon and the Octopi

i dont think you understand what im saying. if they add giant mobs then the xbox will probably break. im not talking about if you can kill a simple mob or not

Fireflys: They light a small Area around there self, they can be caught in a Glass bottle, and you can place the "Firefly in a bottle" Like a ordinary block and it would light up an area, It would light up an area Slightly less than a torch, and if you kill one it Drops a Firefly (Yes it drops its self!), And Fireflys can be used to Make a Potion, It would be used to make the "Night vision" Potion, Fireflys also are as Common as Enderman But they only spawn at night and Come in groups of 8
Dolphins and you could ride them through the water faster than a boat. They would require waterproof saddles made by putting 3 leather in the middle, 3 iron ingots in the bottom and 3 buckets of water at the top.
Maybe also a dragon in each biome (depending on the biome it will have a different element like tundra=ice dragon, desert= fire dragon, etc... )once you beat them instead of dying they will just get into the ground and if you feed them with some raw beef you will be able to tame them (like wolfs) also you would need to craft a dragon saddle it would be 1 leather in the middle, 2 iron blocks in both sides and 3 iron blocks in the bottom. If you have the saddle you can fly with it. (Maybe you could get an ice dragon and fight the fire dragon from the sky...) Isnt this an awesome idea?

Unicorns horses

yeah water IS too safe
i would also suggest some sort of short green monster like an alien one block tall with a ranged and melee attack.
