I agree, I think it would be pretty cool have bears, moose, and rabbits running around the maps. Maybe beavers could found near rivers and build dams out of wood or something.
I think the polar bears and penguins would also be great for the tundra/taiga biomes since they are pretty devoid of life currently. I just wonder what they would do about drops, unless they would be okay with adding fur and a lot of new types of meat.
Oh, and woohoo for the Iron Golem! I just hope they don't add the Tree Man, that would be kind of unsettling if you went to cut down a tree and it ran away lol.

So it appears everybody wants rabbits! I think that would be great, if you could tame it but unlike dogs it dosent attack others and makes very little noise so it makes this bunny into much more of a cute give-it-all-your-attention pet. And there could even be little rabbit holes that have a chance to hold a random item, symbolizing something the bunny found and took back to its hole, and a small 1-3block carrot farm.
Also the idea of job specific npc' is something I've always wanted. In particular the cook who could have his little "cafe" in town and he only sells food. Also a blacksmith who would sell tools and armour, a decorator who would sell painting pots and picture frames ( from the PC version), and a wizard who would sell enchanted books (pc), potions, and potion ingredients.
I don't know just a couple of suggestions thanks everyone for keeping this forum so so strong and alive, keep up the great work!

That's genuis! Minecraft is a kid friendly game so there's no way they're adding slaves but adding monkeys and bananas would be perfect. A new mob and a new food, but monkeys would have to be slightly rare, kind of like wolves and maybe they could be fast and timid like ocelots ( from the pc) also they must be able to climb trees. Again great idea, and I think it would fit in perfectly. And honestly who dosent want a monkey army!

i think adding dragons is already nerdy enough. if they add normal dragons to the game then minecraft wont be the same it would just be a nerdy RPG type thing

what if there was some mob that blends into the environment (still visible but hard to see) and if you get near it it grabs you and it wont let go until its at half health. I think something like that would be neat in minecraft.
I would focus on adding all of the mobs that are currently in the game first. Normally it is on the pc first before it ever gets to the xbox or pc editions.
i was thinking the same thing but the problem with that is if pc keeps adding mods then we cant catch up to them.

I would like to add a pegasus, we could tame them and fly!
They would be SUPER RARE and would be tamed with golden apples, it would work the same as if you are taming a wolf but instead of bones would be golden apples.
A very rare creature that poops diamonds and is very hard to kill. Much like a chicken lays an egg this would lay diamonds and would be more skittish than a cat but hate creepers and attack them. However if it sees the player it poofs away like an enderman and the only sure way to kill it would be bows and arrows.

sounds like a ender cat lol. im having so much trouble finding diamonds that if i can find something that poops them, then im down with adding it just so diamonds can be easier.only problem is when you hit a mob. no matter how far you are for a second or two after you hit it with the bow and arrows it knows where you are. then it forgets. so how will we kill the endercat if it will know where we are
