I feel that most of the mobs on MCX are too common, I really wish they would add some more unpredictable mobs to the game. It would also give adventuring the land more of an objective.
As mentioned earlier (a few times), I feel that they could do a lot more with the water space. Sharks and maybe schools of fish would be quite nice. Even adding some sort of preset structure to the game, like a shipwreck or a under water cave where sharks and fish could hide and lurk about.
For an on land mob I would think horses seeing as they already have saddles would be very useful. I also feel something a little more rare (like a spider jockey) would be awesome. (preferably a lot harder to kill then the usual creature) I've seen things like bears and werewolves on PC but bringing something like that to Xbox would truly be a sight.
Yeah structures would be great, it's something I've always talked about and wanted in mincraft! What would be really cool is if some rare mobs had speacial structure, like a dragon that lives in a castle or a half fish half villager that lives in an Atlantis looking structure! But these buildings have to be rare like a jungle temple/ pyramid so finding one is always exciting!
Elite golem- same layout as iron golem, but crafted with obsidian instead of ironblock. 125 hearts. kills ANYTHING in a 10 block radius if in radius for more than 3 secs.
Training dummy- layout of snow golem, made of planks. 75 hearts, doesnt fight back.
Your Xbox avatar! He will gather resources, Fight hostile mobs that are in front of him while he cannot see behind him, randomly kill neutral and passive mobs, Craft tools, items, and any other craftable object with gathered material, loot and fill chests, Use and loot furnaces, Use buckets, Build structures and golems, farm, mine, and pretty much everything else a player can do. Only 0-6 can spawn in a world, they will not despawn, and they spawn at least 10 chunks apart from each other. They can spawn in a passive, nuetral, or aggresive state and the neutral ones will, once angered, return to neutral after a random amount of time over five minutes. The different moods of avatar will look exactly the same and in multiplayer games can look like a random players avatar. They may attack at random and randomly may pour buckets in your house or mine the walls, floor, and ceilings. They can use switches, buttons, doors, etc just as a player would. An avatar will ocassionaly press a button that is not attached to a door (such as a trap or secret area) but will not always. They may build, equip, and harvest any block in the way players would. Avatars have to use the correct pickaxe to mine materials. When killed they drop all items that they had in their inventory. When the update comes out they can pick up XP orbs from defeated mobs and mined blocks and can randomly enchant their tools and armor. They can only spawn above sea level and will always light dark areas if they have torches, glowstone, or jack-o-lanterns. They may also build temporary houses if they have weak weapons and armor and are too far from their house when night falls. When they build a house they may expand upon it and will return to their house when night begins to fall. They may occasionaly build and activate nether portals and end portals. Avatars have the ability to wander off and build another house or to destroy their old house (occasionaly with TNT). They may travel between their houses and if at least three of them are within a small radius of each other they will give each other material, help build each others houses, kill each other, or start bulding a town together. Avatars may be a great threat to your world or an advantage.
Well I still like the idea of biome based animals like penguins in the snow and dolphins in the warm water near sand. I really like the horse idea. I think its kind of awkward riding a pig. That is quite strange.
I will say the bat idea in caves and when you light it up with the torches they attack you is a good idea. They shouldnt be able to hurt you much though maybe 1 heart off or something.
I think the dragon idea might be cool, but maybe a little much. There seems to be a little bit of a farm theme with the passive mobs though with the pigs, sheep, chickens and cows. Really the wolves are too since they attack farm animals. I dont know how squids fit in to the farm theme though. If anyone on here can figure out how to make squids fit into the passive mob farm theme, please let me know, lol!
I know people might make fun of me but...Aliens. I am being dead serious. They are green or gray. They come and destroy houses and destroy some other things. They come in UFO's and you can go in the UFO (Which will be like a stronghold, kind of rare) and find rare stuff, maybe even a new block or something. Diamond and special alien armor. They will have the same amount of health as the player. They use this special alien sword that does the same damage as the diamond sword but lasts longer. And, it looks cool. :D. Aliens are like zombie pigmen, they only attack if you attack them. The only time they are hostile is when you are in their UFO.
My other idea, which isn't really mine, is the Giant. They should officially put it in Minecraft and put it first in the Xbox 360 edition.

I do love this idea, but I will take it differently. Here's my approach.
Aliens can only be found in the desert. It will be a rare mob. I also think it should be similar to animal crossing. Ufo's will randomly fly across the sky, if you want it's loot. You shoot it down with a Bow and Arrow. Kill the captain inside. Retrieve epicness. This could bring in a Mob that uses the sky in the regular world.

Beat me to it. I was going to say some sort of hostile creature that is exclusively found in water.
edit: changed my mind we need the Montauk monster
I tried to sign my name here, but all I managed to do was ruin my computer screen.
