Redstone wire - more stylish and effective and can also be placed on some occupied bricks-made by smelting redstone dust
Obsidian equipment and dragon bone and scale equipment
Speed effecting gear effecting how often you can use can item
Monster taming and slaying equipment like a whip and a pig trap and a bear trap
Different level, form, and uses of crafting table and forge depending on where they've been put and how many items placed. For example a forge outside in an empty area becomes a grill that cooks higher quality food such as a cheese burger that isn't available on other forges while four of them become a fire pit for faster cooking and 9 outside forges build a extremely bright bonfire that repels monsters away and will summon blazes randomly from nearby nether portals and can be used to cook dragon meat since they're immune to weaker fire.
Placing stone next to a crafting table turns it into a workbench used to make weapons and armor. Placing an iron brick will upgrade the list of items all the way into diamond gear. Gold bricks make automatic low level enchantments. Diamond bricks have less materials needed for crafting. Obsidian bricks give items automatic rare buffs like aqua affinity and feather falling and even silk touch.
Forges cook more and faster when connected to other inactive ones
Orb-like objects can be turned into elemental spell orbs on enchantment tables
The advanced player privileges menu where a host could allow players to only be able to mine if they have the right pick axe or a specific axe of their choosing, allowing a player to only attack with certain weapons, and allowing the host to choose whether items are minable or not and add or remove players from the list of minable items.
The rounding system absolutely must be put into minecraft 2.0... Instead of everything being blocky everything will be rounded to a simple degree... This is due simply to the chunking system which combines close by bricks into part of the mass. If you place dirt it will turn into a small bubble hill, if you place any unrefined materials it will most likely turn into a hill, only certain items remain in a block formation.
Higher level pick axes allow more ore to come from each rock, filling your inventory with cobblestone and dirt faster but also increasing yield for the good stuff.
Leaving a stack of any materials could cause harsh consequences if not disposed of in healthy situations... For example, a stack of 64 dirt just sitting in the middle of a tiny tunnel for several minecraft days will suddenly cause what can only be described as mountain spawn... Which usually causes "map tearing" earth quakes that cause loose dirt to fall into the caverns that just swallowed some unwitting fools house. The earthquake also revealed plenty of ore that'll be buried when the loose dirt forms into normal dirt again. For loose dirt this is relatively fast.
If you throw a lot of dirt into lava in time it may turn into a lava source block. If you throw a lot of stacks of high amounts of materials into a lava source block you may cause it to compress it all and explode into a volcano in a few short days after plenty of black smoke and bright lighting. It may also possibly create a block of diamond or 2 beneath the source blocks after its all done but the chances of any of this happening isn't too high... Your highest chances are earth quakes or just bright lighting and a bit of overflowing lava. If Obsidian is exposed to extreme heat for too long it will turn back into a lava source block, making it a bad idea to put Obsidian in the Nether world.
I doubt it... Almost every game I've played has accepted numerous ideas of mine even when I didn't submit them directly... I can't count the number of times I've mentioned a small detail that a game should have while I was playing only to find that exact feature available in the very next patch... My genius is granted to all that accept it

Not saying it will. but I have seen thread set up like your original post that got lock for "being a wishlist" and to suggest each idea separatly and to put smaller ideas in teh small ideas forums.
I will have them know that if they treat me like such lowly idea tinkerers I'll stop bringing my ideas of boundless brilliance to them... I'm too busy brainstorming countless ideas for countless games to be bothered with organizing them for forums. I'm too arrogant and confident in my work to even care. Last but not least, I'm just too brilliant to be treated in such a way so let it be known this is a simple list of misc ideas and be done with that before it even starts
Hey dont yell at me.. I dont make the rules, I just post suggestion and go about my merry front flipping way. I can't help that I have seeen threads like this get locked because they were considered wish lists. Im gonna leave before your head explodes and starts a flamewar.. Good day to you Sir.
Please do not post more than one suggestion per thread. Very closely related suggestions are fine, but separate suggestions require separate threads. Wishlists will be closed or deleted.

Though I have a feeling that this thread will get locked for the wish listery
