Ok i thought of a nice compact idea for inventory. So my idea would be that potions would stack, familiar potions. For example, instead of having 3 potions of strength take up 3 spots in your iventory it could take up 1 spot with 3. But potions that aren't the same won't stack because that doesn't make sense. For example, swiftness and regeneration.
This could be useful for pvp so you can equip more things on you. It also helps with practically any adventure. The only downside i could think of is how it could be OP having a lot of potions of different sorts. So maybe to balance this out, it could stack up to 3.
Now that i think about it, it's a better idea if it stacked to 3. Simply because there are 3 potion slots in the brewing stand, and i don't think anyone needs more than that...
I personally like having to ration out my inventory spots, even in plain survival. It would be boring if you could just have 3 of every potion in only 6 spots.

Fine by me. or 5. But none stacking means all the ones Iv brewed just sit there.
I think stacking potions is OP regardless of how many.
In the case of PvP servers, this would create a lot more "bombers" and pretty much result in the map being nothing but people throwing potions to kill others.
Potions don't stack for a reason. =\

If you know how to use potions well and you have high tier potions (level 2 potions or 8 minutes potions) you dont need that
Sorry but no support

Stay fluffy~
Ahh i also realize i have forgoten about splash potions like instant damage II. I have see the harm that i have done here.
Thanks for realizing it!
Imagine having 16 splash poison potions + 16 splash damage potions in only 2 slots, that can kill everyone so easily
