Just a random idea, probably not by best idea, bu don't you think arrows should be able to break glass? Like in real life, if bullets can break glass why can't arrows? This ties into RADIOACTIV56's topic named Reinforced Glass, maybe the arrows wont break that type of glass
Hmm, bullets can go through glass because bullets just crush everything they hit. Arrows push things out of the way. Glass seems like something that would not break from arrows, maybe a crack that eventually goes away. Maybe if you want to break it, shoot more arrows at it than one. Also, arrows should be more realistic. It will not go into a diamond block so in the game, the harder blocks like cobble and up reject arrows and arrows stick in the softer blocks. Also, thicker armors like diamond and iron and gold should reject arrows.

If we're basing minecraft off of what seems realistic, hardly anything in that game will help you. This is the game that puts a snow biome next to a desert. Let's be real here.

Realistically, snow does fall in deserts and also next to them:
However, I don't think I would like to go back to the days when skeles could shoot you through the windows in your house... let alone having to replace several panes of glass every morning.
