Please add the ability to turn off world griefing, creepers are the only reason I play nearly only on Peaceful either this or maybe the ability to enable hunger on peaceful I'm sorry if this is a repost I only looked on the first page.

just pay closer attention when you go out the door in the morning.. run out and get ready to deal with it, cause chances are you have a creeper nearby.

i used to hate them, but now i like them. occasionally i still yell, "you're a jerk, creeper!".. rarely is it devastating.. rebuild, fill in the dirt and move along.

i hope we get charged creepers! and a way to summon lightning storms..

We do have charged creepers. They're just the single rarest thing in the world.

You should try what I do.
I've built a tall tower and typically leap off of the very top into a lake. It guarantees nothing will get destroyed by creepers because explosions do nothing in water.

i do want to be able to toggle hunger on and off with peaceful tho

I think the OP is just going off of the PC versions "turn off mobgriefing" command on the PC. It would also prevent Endermen from picking up dirt.

Yeah that is what I was going for I probably just couldn't think of the exact command at the moment, thanks for clearing that up for me

Would be but not all of us have a chatpad including me.

Plug a usb keyboard into the xbox. Works like a chatpad.

everybody don't have a usb keyboard or is going to want to go buy one..pfft

If your computer was made recently, you should have a USB keyboard for it.

I would support the second suggestion - having the hunger bar deplete even in peaceful mode. It adds an interest element and small challenge to the game without necessitating the battling of hostile mobs for those people who are pacifists. One way to make easy mode easier in comparison to normal and hard would be to turn off mob griefing in that mode completely. However, I don't support a player initiated command that could be used to turn off mob griefing in all modes since I don't think people professing to play in normal or hard modes should be able to manipulate what the definition of those modes are in any way.

The thing is, I turn off TNT so people use creepers to grief instead.

I Dont Think Turning Off Mob Griefing Would Help..... If Your Having A Problem With Mobs Sufficient Light Should Stop The Mobs....if They Chase You Dont Run NeXt To Your Building... Build A "Creeper Shelter" ...A Nice Bomb Shelter To Run Into Where You Can Dispatch The Hostiles As You Run Through..... It Wouldnt Be minecraft Survival Without Random Mob Deaths And Destruction...Only My Opinion I Like It To Be A ChallengE For Survival Otherwise I Throw It On Peaceful And Not Have A care In The WorlD If I Really Needed To Just Build I Dont Want To Waste Time On Food niether
