instead of the minecraft logo in player 4 screen when in 3 player mode maybe put a option in for a map to always be up, or maybe a minecraft screen saver
Though I've never played split-screen (television is too butt for it), I can see that being an interesting concept.
Granted I have no idea how small the screens would be, I can imagine having a map in the bottom-right corner useful, assuming all three players have one.
