Hello I know everybody who plays the PC version knows and loves mods and some of those who don't play have read about them and want to use them. Sadly we can't have mods because the Xbox Terms of Use says we can't
You can't use unauthorized software or hardware to access the Services, nor can you modify an Authorized Device in any unauthorized way (e.g., through unauthorized repairs, unauthorized upgrades, or unauthorized downloads).
So no that means we can't use mods in minecraft. Therein lies our ticket to getting mods I would like you all to welcome
Enhancement mode!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If the game developers introduce the option of "enhancement mode" they can give us the "enhancements" they want to give us (example time commands{ set time 45} , ability to switch difficulty and world type without leaving {world type creative}, ability to control weather{weather rain stop or weather thunder 35} ect.) and these "enhancements would be written into the game by the game developer and we would only be aloud to use then "enhancements" they add making them all authorized and none of us would "modify an Authorized Device in any unauthorized way (e.g., through unauthorized repairs, unauthorized upgrades, or unauthorized downloads)."
Without giving us any sort of enchantment mode, they could give us feature options to set time in the game, to switch game modes on the fly, and to toggle weather off. They made a conscious decision to make it so that we have to exit the world before changing game modes and/or game elements. For example, we already have options to toggle off the bedrock fog and stop clouds from rendering before loading a world. The idea of stopping rainfall was discussed, but I believe there is some objection to this one because it does allow the spawning of mobs and the survival of certain mobs during daylight hours.
The decision not to give us creative mode on the fly was directly due to members who object to people being able to use creative mode and still keep the world eligible for leaderboard activity. So, to incorporate the deactivation of the leaderboards, 4J made it so that you would have to exit the world in order to change game modes. As long as the leaderboards are in place as leader boards, I support 4Js decision not to allow mode changes on the fly in the game. IF they were to revamp the leaderboards in such a way that they became individual world stat pages rather than universal leaderboards, I would support changing game modes while staying inside the world... and then all creative mode activity should show up on the stats page for that world.
Mods, by definition, ARE unauthorized because they are written by the community, not the game developers. The game developers CANNOT just put their name on an already existing mod to incorporate them into the game because they are the property of the community mod authors who made them. To just take them and put them into the game would violate the copyrights of the mod authors, unless the mod authors gave 4J and Microsoft permission to use the mod inside the game. You should rewrite this to avoid refering to mods.

And from what I did gleam, these ideas have already been suggested....
