Kinda self explanatory. It would be a more effective way to kill undead mobs. Some of you might be saying that we already have bane of arthropods, but the arthropod mobs are already the weakest mobs in the game and there is no need to add something that makes it easier to kill them. I thought of this idea because undead mobs are the hardest to kill. They either knock you away with arrows, or their health makes it hard to kill them, and their amount of damage they deal is extremely high. With a sharpness 4 it takes three hits to kill zombies. With this, it should be a definite 2 hits. Pigmen are hard because they deal a ton of damage with one hit. This would be a way to fight back at this.
I was thinking a more intense version that requires level 30 and actually, I just looked it up and smite looks kinda pathetic. With bane of arthropods, two hearts of damage is alot for an arthropod because they are so weak. Unless combined with sharpness, smite is kinda pathetic.
We don't need this. Monster are already easy enough to kill with sharpness IV and fire aspect II. Creepers aren't even annoying anymore when you get knockback II. You could at least think of a better name, "bane of" is already in use and would sound stupid if there were any more with "bane of" in the name.
EDIT: Spiders are fast, that makes up for the low amount of health they have. So spiders and all other mobs are even.

Smite and Bane of Arthropods add the same amount of damage. I can agree that undead mobs do more damage but zombies, skeletons, spiders, cave spiders, zombie pigmen ALL have the same amount of health. Having another enchantment for undead seems kind of silly.

You are completely wrong. Spiders have a lot less health than everything else.
A Smite IV Diamond sword has a range of 5.5 to 11.5 hearts per hit to an undead mob (factoring out Zombies' 8% armour).
Adding Fire Aspect I or II to it adds another 1.5 or 3 hearts of damage, effectively increasing your range to 8.5~14.5 hearts, which has a good shot of a one-hit kill.
It's also even possible to legitimately enchant for Smite V, which would range 6~13.5 hearts without fire.
Lastly, the Nether is supposed to be intense.
If you're dumb enough to attack a Zombie Pigman unprepared, then that's your problem.

No support.
