Ok guys, I got minecraft about 3 weeks ago and I love it, but they're are alot of things that get annoying and at some points in the game it becomes too easy even in hard mode, so here are some ideas that I would like to suggest, not just to make the game harder or more enjoyable bit also more convenient. Since I'm new a few of my suggestions might already be in the game and I don't even know about it so if that's the case tell me please. Thanks and anyone's input is appreciated!
-Map updates
----ability to put flags or something on it so that u know where ur bases are
----underground maps for ur mine routes ect, I get lost all the time!
----also with the flags, ability to make a key at side of map
-Farming updates
----add more vegetation i.e. (potatoes, carrots which then u could make meals out of)
----maybe a golem that can protect your farm, creepers and skeletons are always trampling over mine.
----add rice
----ability to create a plow and attach it to an animal (horse when they're added)
----add more types of trees (banana, pineapple) ect
-Creature updates
---- something that lives in the ocean to make you scared of going in it (shark)
---- animals that live in trees and attack u when u cut they're home down monkeys? ( banana tree ! )
----make wolves aggressive to u until u show a bone
----wolves have different skins (white - snow black - woods blond - dessert gray - swamp)
----birds (not aggressive but fly in sky and u can capture and eat with fish in hand to lure)
----ducks - live in lakes
----boar(aggressive pigs, fast, have to kill with a bow, feed them wheat to make pig (not aggressive))
----give skeletons swords and make them drop swords
----make cats more common, I've never seen one.
----make dogs attack things that go near them when they're sitting. (Guard dog)
-Equipment updates
----knife(sharpens flint into arrow head)
----spear(add arrowhead to wood)
----lantern, keep in inventory to make light around you. (Iron glass and red stone)
----bandaids (heal 2 hearts) but only found in chests
----kennels (wood + wool - dog sleeps in it to regenerate health)
----something that can make a draw bridge type thing (not the trapdoor one, one tht lifts up like real ones)
----going with the shark update- shark teeth, can be used instead of arrowheads for spears and arrows
---- going with monkey update- monkey head (put on spear and it scares creepers away)
-General updates
----need water to live, new health bar with how hydrated you are.
----befriend a villager (wife and have kids?) maybe they can mine and farm but slowly like 10 resources a day
----ability to set spawn without beds, maybe by doors or something so u spawn at house entrance
----stove for cooking, furnaces r for ore not food lol. Also runs on coal
---- backpacks, made from wool, makes more space for inventory.
---- steel ingots 2 coal 1 iron, then upgraded everything that iron makes
---- need to be near a fire at night or ur health lowers due to cold. Make fire pit with wood and stone, lasts the night.
---- ^^^^above thing maybe just in hard mode
----hardcore mode(creatures more powerful, get xp faster, shorter days, equipment lasts shorter ect.
I have loads more ideas that I'll post later, but I thought that would be enough for now lol, all input is appreciated!!!
