Hey everyone! I know this is my first post and all but I think this would be a wonderful addition to the game. I'm going to break it down into three simple sections!
Brief Description!
Colony mode, would be a type of survival where you could find and meet new people in the world and can give them jobs almost like a role play except with bots! These bots could be anything from builders, miners, lumberjacks, and much much more! Now, I know that kind of giving these bots commands and stuff in game would be difficult. However, I feel this would be a great addition to the MineCraft game!
How it works!
I have been putting a lot of thought into this and I kind of got these organized! First you spawn in a random location in the world as always. Then you explore the world in search of villages and people who are willing to help you create your own village/ colony. These people being the bots will do any job required to make it successful, You must have a way to pay so I figured by doing a currency system of you're choice in the menus would be great! Overtime, your colony will expand and turn into a successful ongoing colony that could turn into a kingdom, metropolis, or anything your mind thinks of!
My opinion!
These are my opinions and I hope you respect them, I feel as though by doing this new colony mode, it would give players more freedom and for the players who are ever playing offline can access this feature and would be able to have something fun to do other than playing alone fighting off creepers and mobs of all sorts. Also this being a role play game mode, also kind of creates like a story mode and how your colony progresses overtime and I find it quite fun actually. But then again these are my opinions! Please tell me what you think and if it's a good idea or not!
Well that, I couldn't imagine trying to put stuff like this into a game. I'm sure it is very difficult.
Maybe this is difficult, maybe even impossible (nah, just kidding, it IS possible) but I cant see it being added to minecraft xbox edition, it seems more of a mod than a vanilla...
This could also help with some adventure maps...
