Yes. Currently I have a disk machine built around a skeleton spawner, but it needs a pretty large spawn tank to produce enough creepers to feed in the other end, and there's a lot of of skeleton/zombie by-product.

Maybe in creative, it's not the sort of thing that would be fair in survival.
