An option to switch the jump control to the switch view control. This means you can jump by pushing the left stick in and and switch between 1st and 3rd person view by pushing A. or switch place block button LT with switch view allowing you to jump with the push of LT
This would allow you to jump without taking your finger off the right stick allowing you to jump and aim at the same time. It would be easier to critical strike with a sword during battle and jump shot with a bow.
I'd say no... at least to the perspective being moved to anywhere except the d-pad.... I don't think having it on the stick would help much, since you have to tap forward twice in order to get the crit far as I know.
perspective change to d-pad would be nice, as anywhere else would just make it more annoying... The idea of putting jump on one of the triggers is ok, wouldn't see myself using it though...

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.

You get criticals by hitting a mob while falling not sprinting.
actually that is only one way... sprinting you can... making it more than one way to have a chance in getting critical.
I think sprinting adds a little damage, but I don't think it's as strong as a jump/attack critical hit.
OP: Control scheme 2 (which I use for this very reason) puts the jump button on the left bumper, allowing you to aim and attack and jump at the same time. However, if you're going to do that you'll have to get used the switched triggers (LT is used to attack/mine while RT is used for actions, interfaces, etc.), and the sticks are switched too (clicking the left stick will cause you to sneak and the right stick will be the POV change).

Thanks but I like to switch tools using the bumpers because it's faster. I like control scheme 1 layout I just want the jump button to be something else.
I think the way it is right now is okay, the only thing I would like to change is move the 3rd person view to the D-pad and move the sprinting to when you press the left stick
