Wo wo wo wo, we have them already, how do you make them?
It involves a trench with flowing water in it, and using the explosion of several pieces of TNT (in the flowing water as to not destroy everything) to propel a lit TNT forward and up. It also involves some redstone to light the several pieces before the one being launched.
