What would you guys add to the Xbox 360 edition that is xbox-exclusive?
i would wanna see glaciers in the snowy lands. Or an actual bird mob that flies around and drops feathers when killed. Or an Aether or something like that- that will lead you up instead of down.
I would like the sky dimension, bird mob sounds great, and I also like the idea of glaciers, snowy mountains, snowy plains and frozen seas.
Also want more weapons like battleaxes, warhammers, claymores and flintlocks.

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.
Head lamps
Villager miners (villagers who are in abandoned mines wondering around with pickaxes and head lamps, pushing minecarts with chests, etc)
Sharks
Dungeons with a boss inside such as a castle filled with traps and a princess trapped inside a room
Miner villagers that you actually find in mines. You can trade with them or kill them and take any ores they mined. (They will re spawn and they are like pig men if you hit one of them they all come at you)

Headlamps. I'm glad I'm not alone on this
Crafting diagram:
G G G R= Redstone
G R G G= Glowstone
L H L L= Leather
would be perfect.
Also I think holding a torch/glowstone in your hand should emit light.
H= Helmet

I have always wanted to see more liquid blocks, and I think making ender acid a liquid would be amazing, I mean the ender acid is already exlusive so why not do something more with it like make it a dangerous block.
*Bird mobs (the sky is just... empty)
*More ores
*Some water mobs
*More hostile mobs that spawn in the day (bears or something like that)
*More weapons
*More enchantments
*A potion to be able to walk in the water
*A potion to be able to breath underwater
*A castle-dungeon with a boss that when you kill it you can go to the treasure room
*Chairs
*Tables
*Windows that you are able to open and close
*Colored beds
*Heaven dimension
And I could add more but I think this is good enough

I would focus on additions that enhance the use of the limited-size worlds (since we are very unlikely to ever be able to have unlimited sized worlds on the Xbox 360):
1. I would add bonus chests that detect missing biomes/blocks/mobs in a world and then spawn to provide those items or eggs in a chest that generates at spawn each time the world is reloaded. This would mean that every world, regardless of the version it was generated under and/or the specific biome makeup, will have at least 1 of growable type of block in it. The chest should generate more than 1 of a block if that block is not growable). So, if a world lacks dark wood because it has no taiga biomes in it; then the chest should always contain at least 1 spruce sapling each time it generates. There could also be an option for the player to turn this special bonus chest on/or off at any time the world is loaded. I would also make this option apply to the regular bonus chests (which currently can only be turned on or off when the world is first created).
2. I would add weather that detects the physical biome that exists in that spot on the map rather than reverts to the seed string to generate. This would eliminate the climate change that occurs as new biomes are added to the terrain generation code in the future and would undo the climate changes that have already occurred in older worlds.
3. I would add an ability to ask the game to generate worlds that have a specific makeup of biomes rather than the current random crapshoot we have to go through now. That is, the players would be able to ask for a map that is, perhaps, 80% water; 10% plains, 5% forest, and 5% desert (or whatever combo of 100% they would like to ask the system to generate) as opposed to either generating numerous random seeds or typing in random phrases in the blind hope of getting something that suits their needs.
Some type of companion like in Skyrim to help you build, fight or manage your smelting/crafting. That or a matchmaking system for Survival games, CTF, PvP, Spleef, etc
Technically this wouldn't be 360 exclusive, because it's a mod on PC. But I would love the Super Hero and Super Villian mods. I mean, who doesn't want to have bada** armor that makes you nearly invincible?!

We already have enchanted diamond armour.
You can basically grab a snack mid combat and come back two sword swings from victory.

Only one graveyard per world. Is surrounded by bedrock walls. The only you can get in is through the gate. You'll need to craft a Skeleton Key. Crafting looks like this:
/ / /
R G W
/ / /
/= blank
R= Redstone
G= Gold ingot
W= Wither bone
Wither bone could be a new item that you get from killing the Wither. (We'd have to wait for Wither to be added to 360)
Inside, everything is dark. Zombies, skeletons, and spiders spawn here. Gravestones are everywhere. There are also small tombs which could contain chests. (0-1 per tomb)
Also, a new mob could spawn here: The Reaper
Reapers are black-cloaked figures with skeleton arms. They carry a scythe, which has a 5% chance of being dropped by a slain Reaper.
Reapers do 3 hearts of damage and have 14 hearts of health. They also can inflict the Reaper effect which paralyzes you for 8 seconds. You can't move at all. Upon death, they drop 0-2 bones, 0-1 rotten flesh, and like I said before, a 5% chance of dropping a scythe.
So graveyards come with new features, but I think it would be cool to see exclusively in Minecraft: Xbox 360 Edition.

you sir, have the same thinking as i do
