I was reading a Post about colored glass and how it wouldn't work because of a single light source not being able to produce different colors of light once filtered by the glass and i thought to myself.
"If people just want different colored light why not colored Glow stone?"
So i decided to post this to hear what other's think about the idea of having Different colors of Glow stone.
The steps to create it would be: (Only 1)
Glow stone Dust+Dye (Possible in 2x2 Grid) Or
Glow stone dust around a 3x3 grid with Dye in the center and it produces 2 Glow stone Blocks Or
Simply add Dye to Glow Stone Block (Possible in 2x2 Grid)
Although not sure it CGS would be possible since people might mix the light, who knows what might happen maybe the over world will implode and create a black hole.
I think I said that light source thing.
It was just from memory not 100% reliable.
But coloured glowstone would be great.
You could have different moods in a room other than light yellow or dark.

it'd be cool but think of all the different lighting they would have to code in. and mixes where one color overlapped another., its possible. and id like to see it. colored glass would be sick as well even if it didn't create multicolored light, then we could make stained glass windows.

I wouldn't mind if glass didn't have coloured light aswell.
If they could also do coloured glowstone I'd be very happy man.
I'd like to get Mustache guy in hell know more about why Mojang didn't want to add coloured glass to PC version.

I think they have this sort of thing with colored lamps in tekkit, but I don't know about the actual light being colored.
Sounds awesome for building and I don't like the original color that much. Also, would redstone lamps also have the ability to be colored since they use glowstone?

It would be sweet if they tested the idea out with just 2 colors at first to see if anyone has a seizure. Sometimes mixing lights can be a bad thing on the brain =o
