they need to add ducktape in minecraft beause ducktape fixes everything! for example. your redstone project not working use ducktape! your house blown up by a creeper because this is your 1st time playing use ducktape! you wanna see what would happen if you stuck a wolf on a pig but he wont stay up there how do you get him to stay on top.... no not ducktape you need to put a saddle on the pig then use ducktape! tired of sand falling down on your head because it is retarded and folows physics ductape it up there!
ok now onto my real idea (if you don't like the above)
make ducktape then combine it with redstone to make "redstone wire" it works like redstone dust but when you lay it down it lays down in a line (maybe make some corner wires also for when you need to turn a corner) and then just lay another one infront or behind it and it will attach. then you can run another line of "redstone wire" NEXT to that one without them connecting (because sometimes that just messes up your project)
If you know how to use well redstone this wouldn´t bother you. BUT, you could use ducktape (or how you wanna call it) and combine it with redstone to be able to do sticky redstone to be able to put redstone in the sides of the blocks

what about make a redstone wire and combine it with like a cobblestone or something to where you can run the wireing thru walls themself instead of needing to make an open space between 2 walls to put the redstone

So pressing LT with that thing on any block will make it like a redstone wire?
I really like the sound of that actually.

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.

I was thinking more of like a crafting table section but your idea works alot better (it just eneters and exits faceing to/away from you and if you don't want it you exit on one side (so you can make a 3-sides exit block for powering stuff on the outside of the wall) put something on the otherside of the block and it won't exit. (just put up dirt or sand because you can put it up and punch it down so quickly)

Repeaters ALSO transfer a signal thru a block.......... maybe I'm misunderstanding what you mean.

the wire you would use it on say a cobblestone block and it would go INTO the block so you are running the wire literally running the wire through the walls of your house not between the walls of your house. the wire could run through the walls 5 or more blocks down because it is part of the block where as the repeater it just transfers the current through 1 block to a piston. plus this you wouldn't see it or need to hind it if you don't want to see it like a repeater. so to put it simply repeater transfers current through block wire goes through/IN block

So now you're describing redstone blocks? A big red block? even then how would you know which of the cobbles are "powered/wired? If they had an indicator showing they are now "wired" wouldn't that defeat the purpose of hiding the wiring?

no they are not redstone blocks they are cobblestone blocks with a restone wire running THROUGH the block. they are powered just like any other redstone thing. and you can tell that it is wired beause in the middle of the side that has the wire coming in and out (the side you used it on) there will be a red circle showing and that is where you put whatever it is that you need powered by said redstone. and if you put dirt or sand on the other side of the block the wire won't go all the way thru the block so it will go in but not out (so you can have it run thru the wall left and right and exit the wall to say your noteblocks or something without having the outside of your house covered in red dots) (I would show you my idea but I don't know what people use to edit block textures or how to post picture)

facebooks is the easiest to share pics.. Honestly sir i'm all about simplifying redstone.. I just don't get what you mean.
