Things like "can break mob spawners" to prevent players from destroying XP farms. "Can enter the Nether" This would be useful to keep players from obtaining nether resources. "Can enter the End" If you are smart like me, after you kill the enderdragon, you store all of your diamonds and crap in the end. There can only be one portal at a time, so this would keep trolls out. "Can destroy non renewable resources" This would help because a troll destroyed a whole moss stone floor on me, without using a tool. "Can destroy blocks placed by other players" Would keep the greifers, but allow them to still have fun.
I would also like for tnt explodes to stop creepers destroying things.
So many players come in to spawn and hit creepers because they can't use TNT.
Maybe a quick button at the top to prevent them doing anything if you catch them griefing and need to stop them quickly.
It would leave them stationary, non agroing mobs, you can walk through them, and they can't touch/ open/ craft/ drop anything.
They couldn't die like that either so admins couldn't grief their players.
But yes full support on that.
Maybe a craft thing separate from open chests so they can build and craft but not steal.

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.
2: items such as tools,weapons,armor will stack in a dispenser useful for map makers
3:pvp mode(a gametype like normal except you can choose what mobs will spawn(if any) and can turn it always day/night and turn hunger on/off)
4:option to turn off ice melting(this gets annoying for creative builders who want to use ice because it looks nicer but it is near a light source and melts
5:COMMAND BLOCKS!(idc if it may be hard to type in the commands, the uses for mapmakers are endless!)
They really need to implement zones IMHO, this would really help in opening up worlds to additional players. As well we need to be able to label a player or define his level as a 'guest', 'user', 'trusted' or 'admin'.
Once levels are implemented, admins can 'mark out zones', each zone can then have its own permissions. This actually prevents 'griefing' in certain areas or zones. Chests also need to allow ownership, so that only the owner can open it, destroy it (except admins).
This would allow user hosting to more or less completly customize exactly what people can do, not only in the entire map but also in specific areas. Zones also should allow rules regulating if hostile mobs are allowed to spawn and enter in the zone.
PC has similar rules regulating in servers. Just my two cents worth.
