The emeralds would be really cool to have in the game! Except I can't even find diamonds.
Go down till your at level 12 with your map and mine around.
You know it's level 12 because it says 12 after the Y.
If you make a room and make tunnels with two metres (1 block = 1 metre) in between each 2 by 1 tunnel you will sweep the most area in the least digging time.

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.
Rubies, turquoise, sapphire, garnet, amythest, quartz, onyx, jade, blue diamonds, and a bunch of made up ones as well. Aluminum, copper, tin, zinc, nickel, cobalt, lithium, (maybe rare) and a way to make alloys. steel, brass, bronze, silver, maybe make ender pearls do something. Nether metals too.
heck yes that would be so F-ing kool i would really like to make alloys like steel and i love jade and amythest it would really add more color
There is a lot of Naturally occurring elements.
Most under and including uranium can be found naturally.
Some like aluminium must be taken from compounds like alumina which is found in dirt around Australian deserts.
What can be dug up as ore and naturally occurring are very different things though.
I think add some unique metals that could possibly have something done with them like lead, copper, tin( for bronze)
Also a steel (steel and carbon/coal/charcoal) and maybe bronze alloy with tin and copper would go great.

I agree with you dude :). Pearl is really a good idea. I am actually interested with the ideas you have given.
