No, it's not another thread about "OH THE BIOME MESSED UP MY WORLD. OMG I CAN'T STAND THIS. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. FORGET THIS GAME, I HATE IT"
I exaggerated just a bit but here's my rant.
Fix List
1. Piston Pushing you correctly
2. Seeds that are missing biomes (Reminder: I don't mind it moving but I hate how at least over 50% of the seeds don't have most of the biomes.)
Add List
1. Spawn Ender Portal for people that don't have it. Use the nether reset option idea for the End or spawn some chunks for the stronghold. There should be a way that it should detect that if there is a stronghold. If the enderdragon is beat then the game should know and will able to let the player to rest the End or detect that if it doesn't have the stronghold it'll create a few chunks in the world. I explored my whole world, so spawn it in the far corner of the map. "My suggestion"
By the way, my world was made in TU7. Not TU9.
2. Easy breeding with Villagers. This isn't added yet. The PC seems quite easy to breed but I think the xbox should be slightly easier. If zombies infect our villagers they'd die or eventually die then we can't get villagers anymore. I know what you're thinking, well we could get a zombie villager that RARELY spawns and cure him. Yeah, that's only IF 4J adds that.
3. Limited resources. No, i'm not arguing about "What if we get all the diamonds in the world." Well, that'll take ages. I'll get more than 4 chests filled with diamonds especially when I have Fortune III. I'm not worried about that, my point is, lily pads, sand, sandstone, etc. I know what you're thinking at this point. "Are you kidding me, lily pads? We have a desert biome so why worry about sand? lol idiot" Lily pads are amazing. Better than slabs and a good platform to get across the ocean with. It's also good for sugarcane farms. Place the lily pad on the water so when you break the sugarcane it doesn't fall in, especially you. Have it like once a day in minecraft spawn 1 lily pad in a swamp biome randomly. "My suggestion." Yeah we do have a desert biome but the problem is, some seeds don't have it. It's pointless to make a splash potion bottle because you lose the bottle. Sand smelted in to glass, glass is crafted into bottles which you can use to make potions, the potion can turn into a splash potion. Yeah, there's some sand in the sea but do you realize how much pain that would be getting the sand underwater? I don't know how we could get unlimited sand or sand farm or whatever you like to call it. I don't now at the moment but it should be similar like the Cobblestone Generator. "My Suggestion"
This is xbox. We don't have everything yet. I'm sure some people who spend a lot of time in there world don't have the new features.. Just like me. Making a new world seems extremely pointless. People like me who put there time and effort on a legit survival world wouldn't like to start a new world. Come on, I got an gigantic underwater city that took me months to make, a castle, a beautiful rainbow bridge, and a crazy clean railroad station legit survival.
Now you're going to say "Play the PC version if you can't stand the xbox version." Take it easy big boy. I already bought minecraft so why but it again right? I love to play the xbox. I enjoy playing it a lot. I spend lots of time playing this game more than Call of Duty. Minecraft is so relaxing. "Oh give Zephy a round of applause for playing minecraft more than Call of Duty" lol just kidding.
I appreciate 4JStudios making this game. I don't hate them at all. I'm just pointing out somethings that should be added and fixed. If 4JSteve or anyone in 4JStudios reads this post and takes my suggestion, that'd be amazing. I hope they think about it.
I'm not superman, I can't go into the coding and do it in seconds. Don't be like "If you want that in the game then code it for them" Chill out bro.
Little off topic, when the "Nether Reset Option" came to my head LONG time ago, I posted it here and I tweeted to 4J they should do that. Suddenly, they got a tweet from someone else saying they should do that. Kind of weird how that actually happened on that same week. Is someone stealing my ideas or what? lol I don't know, just pointing that out there.
Some of you may disagree which I respect that. It's ok to disagree. We all have opinions.
P.S. Be glad i'm not one of those kids who are argue for months.. just saying.. aha.. no offense but don't take it seriously.
This was a long rant post, i'm very sorry for that. I couldn't make it any shorter. I reread 7x making sure it made sense.. at least I think it did. lol

My responses:
1. Piston pushing... Agree that this should be fixed if it can be fixed. I sort of believe the issue is lag related and I honestly believe that 4J are already doing everything they can to control lag on this limited Xbox system. So, people may just eventually have to accept that no more improvement is possible in this area on the current Xbox.
2. Seeds missing biomes. I think this is like rolling a dice, some people seem to roll sixes more frequently than others even though the "odds" are the same for both of them. Frankly, 80% to 90% of the random worlds I create seem to have most of the biomes represented somewhere in the world.
3. Spawning an End Portal in Pre-TU9 worlds (IF they are missing one). Could be a good idea except the chunks the stronghold encompasses underground can be quite extensive in some worlds and they do extend from bedrock to sky limit... so, you're really asking the game to reset a portion of a chunk... not sure that's possible since chunks seem to be stored as entire units.
4. Easy breeding of villagers. I have no problem with that idea whatsoever. Would also like to see a rare villager randomly spawn into old worlds so that people could stay in survival and still have a chance of populating a village they build themselves.
5. Limited resources - I'm honestly not concerned about any of the resources since most resources are recyclable, including sand (as a block) and non-renewable resources should get more and more difficult to obtain as the world matures. People often complain about how the game gets easier and easier as time goes by; but this is one way in which the game can get more difficult over time. I don't mind that the world could, theoretically, actually eventually completely run out of some of the resources. Then, the GAME would truly have an End... but one that is so far in the future that I doubt even a zillionth of us will ever actually reach that end (sounds a little like IRL to me).

What i'm saying is TU7, TU8 seeds. I'm not seeing any forests, mountains, etc. As an example. Check the seeds with less amount of numbers. -327599076 this seed has 1 tiny swamp biome, large ocean, plain biome with snow on top of it, and a few mushroom biomes. To me, that's seems like that seed was ruined because of TU8. It's missing forest, mountain, desert, plain, and tundra. That's a lot to miss out on. Another seed 420. Just a huge plain snow biome. Are you kidding me? Snow biome with NO spruce trees? The worlds you randomly generate now has bunch of numbers. Which I believe 4J did that because seeds with less numbers don't have most biomes. Just my theory. Like I said I don't mind if biomes are shifted even if it's missing 1 or 2 biomes but not 3 or more.
Wishlists are against the rules mate. I suggest you seperate each idea into it's own thread so we can discuss each idea individually instead of having to discuss a wishlist. Also Kiori will probably lock it

The random seeds I've generated have ALWAYS been long number strings... ever since the game was first released. The first random seed I ever generated is every bit as long as the one I just generated on the weekend. When you're typing in the numbers or words, you're bypassing any ability the system has for randomness in the seed generation, so you can no longer say that the odds are better or less than 50% that a seed will not have many of the biomes. You're "loading the dice" and, therefore, manipulating the odds. I do randomly generate most of my worlds, so the odds are more likely that 80 to 90% of them have a decent mix of biomes. In order to generate a survival island seed, I generally have to go shopping for one on the seeds lists. I am not saying that seeds with ALL the possible biomes are regularly generated, but most that I generate randomly seem to have a decent enough mix of them and at least a few representives of each necessary plant type. As I said, some people do tend to roll "sixes" more frequently than others; hence, the common phrase... "I'm on a roll." However, it is still possible to also occasionally come up with "snake eyes."
As for a snow biome without spruce trees... well, that IS tundra, which is a biome in it's own right. It seems to be rarely generated, probably because it doesn't generate spruce trees and so the developers (who have the power to load the dice in this game) have made it less likely to generate in random seeds. However, very early on, say version 1.7.3, I did generate a seed that was probably 60% to 70% tundra. I posted it on the seeds list and a special "challenge" seed. I generated it by typing in a seed string - Supernatural (I think).
As for old seeds being "ruined" by subsequent updates... well, we've gone rounds and rounds over how that works already. I'm not going to repeat it again.

You do have a point. Although i'm not really discussing my wishes or wants. I'm saying what xbox needs to be added to change. I'm probably wrong saying "I'm not discussing my wishes or wants." I'm just pointing out things that could help Minecraft xbox Improvements. I did say suggestion but i'm not saying I clearly want it in the game.
