New Transportation item -- Boat Dock block

When a Mine cart runs over un-powered gold rail, they stop. Boats need something similar so you can pull up to it and it will park and stay put.

I suggest a Boat Doc Block.

Pull up to it and the boat will stay put. Power the block with a push button and it will release the boat.

This is a very good idea! I had a similar thought so I made a boat lift that lifts the boat out of the water.

They work well unless a sheep decides to jump on it.

I love this but it doesn't work in 1.5.1. As soon as The entire bot is under water it breaks.
