It would be kinda cool, but i dont see how you would craft them, or how it is possible for a minecart to go upside down while someone is in it without a seat belt.
well yeah but i meant its the same as normal......except u can place them upside down..... and seat belt 2 diagonal string with 1 iron ingot like /

I was thinking more on the realism side. You wouldnt see rails on a roof in real life.
You wouldn't see swords enchanted with magic or green creatures with no arms that explode either. Minecraft is very far from realistic and it should stay that way.
Bottom line is that it's a video game and it doesn't need to be realistic.
I don't see why Steve can't just hold on to the minecart.
And if upside down rails are added I would also propose vertical rails for loops.
The minecraft should only fall off if your going slow"

There is no reason you wouldn't be able to just look up and place a rail on the underside of the block above you.
Bottom line is that it's a video game and it doesn't need to be realistic.
