say if we get certain amounts of xp not only does it let us enchant things but change how we look ... just a thought

They will not allow it.For one thing,it will be a pain to move an Xbox 360 cursor with a controller,constantly trying to change things.Another is you can copy from a skin pack,thus,getting the skin for free.And it wouldn't be free to upload your own skin.

It's just not going to happen.
