this is a scandinavian influenced game so where is my viking long boat? i'm not asking for something outside of the intent of the game just similar options that mine carts have. a boat that has a chest or forge and that u can ride in. that seems reasonable considering boats have been used for milliniea and rails for a century and a half.
i would be willing to pay more for the build too. something like combine two boats with 6 iron or something.
i play hard survival and use boats extensively to move from base/house to base/house. at least the boats don't break like a wine glass in a sludge hammer fight anymore (glad for that) but give me a viking long boat. OMG we have rivers and oceans now give me a better vessel.
I too would like a better boat even a large raft with a storage chest would be great ,also I would want the bigger boat to move a little bit faster ,I stopped using the boat because I can run with potion speed now and that smokes the boat

I don't think there would be naturally generating boats if that is what you think.
And you cannot make a huge build like that move without mods, or frame by frame using command blocks (which we do not have.)
well a boat with a person plus a chest would only be one block bigger? a slightly larger boat may have a larger turning radius but i don't see why it wouldn't be possible. the ghast is a large mob that moves why not a boat?
