I think for a new biome, this would be awesome. You can put Jungle Temples down here and it would lead to all new explorations, maybe a new mob, and new blocks.
Does anybody else think this would be a good idea? Maybe this can be option like super-flat when you create the world. Have the cave roof upto sky level and just call it Cavern or something.

and you can find them in extreme hills but without the temples inside. its just a big cave
theres two behind my house.
