I would like an exclusive biome for the 360 that features an exclusive mob and weather and unique terrain generation and blocks.
Something like this:
Volcanic biome Weather: occasionally ash falls from the sky and covers the ground. Terrain: features different types of volcanos (tall, medium, wide; then dormant tall, medium, wide volcanos; volcanos can have lava flowing out of them or just be mountains with lava pits centered in them). Mobs: Fire Snails: A mob that leaves a trail of fire/something too hot for the player to touch and will get damaged upon touching or jumping through. They come in the size 2 x 1 x 2 blocks. Because of their shells, they can take a lot of damage and when killed they drop their shell as an item. Resources: Obsidian (found in dormant volcanoes), Basalt (found on the surface, unrelated to Tekkit), snail shells, ash, nickel, granite or possibly pumice.
Well I doubt we'll get anything exclusive for us with the rate of the updates that are coming out, but here are my ideas:
Boss Mobs- Dragons, Titans, giants
More Weather effects such as tornadoes, etc.
Weapons- knives, short-swords, and maybe crossbows. (Make swing time for short sword faster and lower damage)
Armour- As said previously maybe wolf pelts, Bronze, steel armor?
Resources- tin and copper(bronze), when smelting iron you get a chance to get a steel ingot, more diversity in wood
Harder difficulty-such as nightmare on PC
Water mobs- sharks, crocodiles, any other agro monster...
Biomes- Taiga( Blizzards are almost constant), volcanoes maybe?
Color our leather armor like on recent PC update
I liked the transportation idea- Portals like the nether portal
More Mobs in nether
Mobs- Vampires, werewolves, mummies in desert temples, any other fantasy creature
Build better boats, maybe out of steel or iron( faster speeds and more durable)
A lot more farming options.
Make it able to place other blocks on half-slabs.
A server list of all joinable worlds so you can visit random peoples worlds.- option to turn off non-friend editing
Allow us to make our own skins like I do on pc
-That's all
I dont know if anyone said this but there could be a sort of pulley system where you could hang a mine cart on a rope that goes from the top to the bottom then press a button and the cart would be lowered or raised on the rope. Would be much faster than going up and down a ladder in your mineshaft.
i have never played the PC version, and im not about to mod anything on the xbox, but very cool ideas so far, skimmed through them and ive always wanted a miners hat with a light, hate carrying around torches, i currently have the brightness turned waaaaaay up to see, colored glass would be cool, more farming of items would be awesome, i have sooooo much food and never use more then i make on one map of mine, sprinting would be cool with the food bar in modes like normal or hard to make it that much more challenging, stackable meats, because i have 9 double chests filled with cooked chops, more things to use for wheat, the water and lava characteristics fixed to run smoother or like they would in real life, a way to feed a chicken or such animal that is useful so they wont disappear like with bread, the portal to portal on the same map outside of the nether is awesome, if not sprinting, a maintainable horse to travel instead of building minecraft rails everywhere, more uses for slimes, maybe super arrows made out of gunpowder or redstone or lapis or lava to make it a one hit shot, an iron boat with a chest on it, bigger pockets if not a backpack, i dont understand the clock thing at all, something more powerful than TNT, not by much maybe twice or three times the damage, maybe the ability to create obsidian tools to which you could fill up your current pockets twice or three times as much, uses like 10 obsidian blocks for one pick axe, mounting a candle inside of glass not to overpower the torch or glowstone but to clean walls up, or mounting something on glass like a torch, POI's would be nice, maybe a way to interlink one map to another so in a sense you could have up to four maps connected at once but only limited to the current map size, so it like auto loads the map connected when you go to edge of the map, or the ability to transfer resources from an older map to the new one, maybe villagers that can work on your farms of the stuff mentioned in earlier posts while your away on the next epic adventure with your obsidian pick, and shovel wearing your miners hat and backpack digging for more diamonds and gold...wow, i typed too much
I do not know if this has already been suggested, but I think it would be cool if we could place stairs upside down, and have the ability to choose which half the half slabs occupy, upper or lower. That way if you wanted to, for example, trim out a pillar you could place half slabs around the top.
I got an idea from a cactus farm I was making earlier. Not sure if it was indeed posted earlier, However, Cactus Juice. Ya'know good ol' cactus milk or whatever they call it. Point is, it's the liquid you get from a cactus. No matter if it fills hunger or it works for postion making in the future is beyond me. I was edging more towards hunger for some reason. Maybe put a cactus and a bowl? Or maybe cactus green and a bowl? What do you guys think?
I would like to see a "realistic miner mode" implemented, actually as an option on Minecraft as a whole.
-Ores become *much* rarer (perhaps except for redstone) and when they do appear, they are in proper veins like real life. When I say rarer, I don't just mean a bit, I mean iron becoming the likes of at least 32x rarer, coal being much rarer than it is now but appearing in LARGE veins, and diamond and gold being almost unheard of.
-Tools don't break anywhere near as quickly as they do now, and diamond tools are unavailable. An iron pickaxe will last the length of many diamond pickaxes do currently, for instance.
Why do I think this? Well, as it is at the moment, all the ores are ridiculously easy to find, and tools don't even last a realistic amount of time. In real life a pickaxe will not break after smashing the ground a couple of hundred times and nor will a shovel wear out from pushing gravel around. Rarer ores will make finding each one exciting, and tools will become more respected, practical items, instead of disposable junk that the player crafts every two minutes.
There is a mod for PC minecraft which makes ores rarer and appear in large veins, but no tool durability mod as far as I know.
I like the idea of ores being found in actual veins rather than a pair of two or three that I often find diamonds in they could be large 12 or so block long chunks or ore that when finally found makes you filthy rich. But it will take longer to find.
And the shovels really get on my nerves how does dirt wear out a shovel that quickly its ridiculous.
I also think that
I also just thoght about the sky dimension was once planned for pc version. They could add cool things like gold blocks turn into a liquid and other trippy things so out the bottom of the floating islands there'd be flowing gold or iron.
There could also be reduced gravity so you can jump three times as high and three times as far etc to make the jumps between islands.
Thought I'd add my 2 cents. Some of you know that I support the Colored Glass suggestion, and my own Spawner Blocks playable via Creative mode.
I'd also like to see vehicles like cars, trucks, maybe even tractors for rural themed worlds!
Small planes or even the Glider mentioned before would be awesome, especially since we're getting ravines to play with!
I was also going to suggest portals linking world saves, but someone already suggested it.
And I saw several suggestions for new Mobs, but haven't heard Sharks mentioned! I'd also love to see actual fish swimming in bodies of water. That could be fun for everyone making aquariums, or just to add a splash of life and color to the oceans!
It also kinda goes without saying that most of us would like more colored blocks / uses for dye.
Also i figure I'll add in my suggestion for recolored Lapis Lazuli. It started to be part of my post earlier, but i decided it would make a better stand alone suggestion over in those boards rather than here.

Some people have already mentioned some ideas I would like to see, like coloured glass, an exlusive biome and portals (even if they are just used to transport you to a mine).
Here are some other ideas I have had:
A new tree, ie. a Rubber tree (like in Technic/Tekkit) which when harvested from with a tree tap, gives you sticky resin which you then cook in the furnace to turn into rubber.
- Which then in turn could be used to craft a wetsuit (to be used in the place or amour), so that you can go underwater longer, or swim faster.
- Also could be crafted with leather, to make shoes, which could reduce fall damage.
A new animal - A Clam/Oyster, that can only be found underwater and when harvested may produce a pearl (this could be made a rear drop, so when you harvest the clam/oyster, you are also more likely to be given clam/oyster eggs, which you could then make an oyster/clam farm/bed (fish farm of sorts)
- The pearls could be used to craft very special items, or currency, or a machine of somesort? Something that needs a lot of precious resources to make.
Transport pipes & Sorting Pipes - I know this is an idea from Technic/Tekkit again, but I think it adds so much to a game, if you were able to drop the items you have just mined into a chest (in one of your mines for example), and then built a pipeline back to your house/factory, you could then have a sorting pipe to sort them into separate chests.
- This would also create another use for redstone (the pipes would need basic redstone engines and torches to make your items transport.
- Also another use for glass, as this doesn't have much use at the moment.
A new ore/precious stone would be nice to see. Something like an Opal, Amber, or Aquamarine. Possibly made so that you can only find it in certain biomes or in chests.
The ability to catch rain water (maybe in a water butt/barrell) which could be used to dispense into buckets, or irigation for farms.
And finally .....!
A tent or sleeping bag. Crafted using wool, string, sticks and maybe leather. The idea of this would be that when you are going on an adventure to the otherside of the map, if it gets dark, you can find shelter until morning, this would also temporarily move your spawn point, so if you die, you wouldn't have to start all the way back at your bed, much like a checkpoint. But to make it different from a bed, you would only be able to use it once - therefore if you die again after using it once, you will spawn in your bed again. It could also completely restore your hunger and health bar once used (in case of emergencies like running out of food!) .... This may only work when the maps increase in size though.
Sorry if that was a bit long ..... I like thinking up new ideas, maybe it's because I am a girl
