i thought of a great idea. The way crafting is on the xbox is boring. There needs to be an option where you can turn on and off so you can use the analog stick to put items in the crafting table just like the pc version. And there also needs to betexture packstoo.
1. I would like it if you can attack fence gates the same way you can attack fences, without having to put a block below it.
2. Able to attach trap doors to stairs & slabs. Right now we are not able to do so. When upside down stuff comes in, maybe also being able to attach then to the tops of blocks as well including the slabs and stairs (upside down versions of course.)
3. The ability to attach torches to the back of stair blocks.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
thanks, I really hope these add on the next update...
-And if I request someting else, it would more things to harvest
like onion, corn, lettuce, tomato, orange, limes, etc...
-Proccess milk to butter and cheese.
-And you could make new food like cereal, pop corn, cook eggs, pizza or juice
-Extreme weather, like sandstorm on desert or blizzard on snow
I'd also like to see some more extreme weather, and we all know where I stand on farming and recipes.
I also think it'd be cool if we had tornadoes and hurricanes that could damage structures and cause the player damage if they're out in them. Hurricanes could, if it's even possible, raise the water level a few blocks for a few in game days. If flooding is possible It'd also be a cool addition if it could occur along rivers and move blocks around changing the shapes of the rivers slightly each time.
In fact I'd like to see a few random natural disasters that could happen rarely, with the option to turn them off for those complex projects we couldn't bare to see destroyed while we're still working on them!.
If this could be done we'd have;
Tornadoes - which could break wooden structures and kill players and mobs near them by sucking them up and tossing them into the air.
Hurricanes - That would also cause wind damage, but not nearly as much, but would raise the water level 2-3 blocks high for a few days, lowering at the rate of 1 block per day until they return to normal, posing a threat to exposed wiring, rails, and farms.
Floods - that would also raise the water level in a river in the same way as hurricane, but may also pick up random blocks along the shorelines and deposit them somewhere else down stream.
Meteor Impacts - That would land randomly somewhere on the map and cause a large explosion comparable to a supercharged creeper, leaving an exposed Meteorite of 1-3 obsidian blocks clumped together in the bottom of the crater.
Volcanoes - Assuming these don't become a biome in and of themselves, they'd form along the boundaries of biomes, most commonly hills, mountains, and ocean biomes. The ground would swell and rise into the classic coned volcano shape before a tube of lava finally breaks the surface and gushes down the sides threatening to burn everything in it's path.
To have a bit more fun with it, there could be only a few select spots on a map that could form a volcano, and each eruption in one of those spots grows the volcano as the layer of lava cools into cobblestone, then the next pours out on top of that adding another layer to it!
Blizzards - These storms would dump more than your average top layer of snow leaving the landscape buried under 2-3 layers of snow blocks until either the players dig themselves back out, or the sun slowly melts the excess away. This could be really fun if seasons are added to the game and the excess snow doesn't melt until the spring sun warms it up, or summer if it happens in a snowy biome!
Sandstorms - These would be similar to Blizzards but would drop extra sand and be capable of moving the top layer of sand around pushing it into rows of sand dunes that'd slowly crawl across the desert, building up along structures to keep the sand from eventually eating the whole map you'd probably have to cause sand that's pushed out of the desert just disappear or start it's journey over again on the opposite side of the biome.
I hope you don't mind me expanding on your idea there using your examples, and I'm sure that we as a community can add more ideas to this list. So what do you guys think about the idea of adding in rare natural disasters to spice things up?
I would love it if all items were stackable in creative mode including weapons, tools, and armor. It would really help me in some of the pvp maps I'm creating.
Example:the player walks down a hallway and dispensers shoot out some armor and weapons.
If these items were stackable u could do this more then just 9 times for respawning purposes.
So, please add this into the Minecraft Xbox edition

I like your ideas.
I think if your unlucky enough to have a meteor hit your house you'd want something a little better than a couple blocks of obsidian.
Can't think of what it should be maybe a new block altogether?

That could be cool. A Meteorite Block. . . I'm imagining a reddish block with craters drawn on it! Maybe it could be put in a furnace as an unlimited fuel source or something?
Also I just completed a big list of Mythical Monster Mobs in the exclusive mob thread. I'm not sure if 4J read that thread or not (as this is the one they direct everyone to to leave suggestions) so i figured I'd put a link to it here. The posts themselves are huge so I really don't want to copy and paste it here too. That'd be the worst kind of spam! lol
It would be so cool to have seasons winter, spring, summer, etc. Different colors trees for autumn. Wind could blow you character around, leaves and items. Temperature, signs could be a thermometer, go slower and loss hearts very slowly if your too cold. If your get to hot you get hurt very quickly and possibly catch fire. You could get hot from mining in direct sunlight or running on a hot day and get cold by swimming in the winter or just standing around unless wearing an armor chest plate, the more armor you have on the least likely of getting hurt from the cold. Also it would make the game more realistic by getting a chance of being poisoned by zombies and spiders on hard.
I'd like to see some more from the dogs in the game.
They seem to be the only mob that doesn't drop anything when killed. Maybe a drop that can be used in brewing?
I can't keep track of all of my puppies! I'd love to name them, but I realize there's some tech restrictions on that, so my suggestion is to add the "sheep coloring" property to the dogs, letting us dye them different colors. If you'd rather not have strange looking dogs in the game, at least the color would be nice.
Bears
Bear hide
Bear hide armor
Ice Fortress
Ice Bricks
Spikes - to be used in traps
Omg bears and bear traps would be awesome.
The spikes could also be put at the bottom of Pitts and on pistons.
I like the sound of ice fortresses are you thinking like nether fortresses or something entirely different?

I have played minecraft for a long time now, way before the Xbox version
And I I'm really beginning to wonder what's really going on.
1. why there is no create a skin mode
2. How come we still don't have redstone lanterns
3. Neather brick slabs
4. A 4x4 truck able to carry passengers and cargo
5. Engines/generators
6. Wireless transceivers (being able to reduce some redstone wiring)
Sending and receiving power from the power-source to pistons or doors, Etc.
7. Opening the adjacent 8 plots of land around our current map so new structures
And villages can be populated in older maps, also adding to the size of maps.
8. Colored lighting
9. Drinking water/ making water in a glass bottle stackable as well as filling a little of the
Hunger bar.
10. Chairs/Furniture (Tables, Couches, and, etc)
11. Being able to place ender pearls in dispensers so we can teleport. (Link the person who
Places it in the dispenser to the person that teleports
12. Guns
13. Trash bins for discarding items
Seriously I could go on all day, but I am kinda worried that 4J studios funding for R & D is lacking
I haven't seen one idea since this thread started Implemented.

It has been stated repeatedly that 4j will not be implementing new stuff until [em]after[/em] the pc 1.2.6 equivalent update, after which the Xbox version will 'go its own way'. Many people thinks this means we won't be getting any of the 1.3 or later changes but I think 4j is just going to be more discriminative--bringing some stuff forward sooner then they were in the PC (like maybe fireworks) while leaving some stuff out entirely (like probably the command block).
Also, many of the suggestions as described don't fit with minecraft or are just plain dumb. Maybe a version of them will make it in after much reworking into something viable. Depends on if someone likes the idea and can take the time to make it work.
I would love to see some sort of buildable AI that could aid in mining and building (kind of like in XenoMiner)
The idea for Scuba gear and backpacks also sound awsome. Maybe some sort of way of embedding redstone into blocks so that wires are easier to hide would be totally awesome.
I totally hope we get the hopper and soon, i just read about that and it would be totally awsome in the worlds that i build.
We really need systemlink added. Each of my family members own the game but dont like sharing TV screen and we have horrible internet and cannot have XBOX Live.
I believe the best addition to the 360 edition would be RedPower 2 if not the whole thing than just the wiring, single block logic gates, and micro-block covers at least to allow us to build more compact and complex redstone circuits and keep them hidden better, but frames and frame motors would put the 360 on a whole new level of awesomeness, seriously, moving buildings, what could be better?
I would like to see Armor Mannequins, for example, you put one down and press LT with armor in your hand and it shows up on the manneqin.
Make them dummies which you can also use swords and bows on.
You would get you bow back ofcourse.
Since you can hit it as you would a mob it should be only taken with the use of a Pickaxe.
Obsidian Tools and Armor
Sunken Ship Wrecks in Oceans
