What I would like to see is the ability to generate Glowstone, with how limited our nethers are, it's not a very common ore and with brewing and potions and all that, we should be able to get a LARGE supply of it, what I was thinking was make the instead of a stone, it is an "organic" block, where it can spread to surronding blocks, it already grows in large clusters, so if you leave behind one block, eventually it will grow into a large cluster again.
Hey guys, don't know if this has been brought up but I think paint would be cool to add. A crafting idea could be a bucket of water and whatever color dye you choose then eventually you would have to re-add the water and dye when it runs out. Just brainstorming here... And if that can't be done in Survival... then a "color block" option in Creative mode would be cool!!

Like stalactites in real life grow... Brilliant.

I also think you should be able to create teams just by having one person in the game invite another person in the same game to a private party and when the game leader turns off names you should be able to still see your friends names that are on your team. My reason is because when me and my friends have survival wars and the host turns off names, we always either have to have the same skin or have to ask where they are at all times. The other team can trick us to and change to our skin. Just another idea thanks!

I think we should have a in-game way to make our own texture pack or being able to make it on the PC and uploading it to a website or something and having it available in game.
maybe mods approved by 4j studios so we can have guns and missiles and of course some mods would disable achievements.
There should be a snowy mountain biome, and instead of rain, there should be blizzards. As soon as you walk in the blizzard, you have slowness, like the potion effect. Sense nobody would want to live in this biome, (Due to the terrible weather conditions,) there would have to be a valuable item, block, or mob in this biome. I would prefer a new block, but I can't think of what block it could be that someone would want.
I think there should also be light-rain weather, where it's just lightly sprinkling.
And maybe Rabbits, they would spawn in forest biomes, they would be passive, and run away on sight of the player. You would have to kill them with a bow, which would make a bow more valuable to craft. They would drop maybe either leather, or pellets. It could be used as an alternative to leather. They would also drop meat, that can be included in Rabbit Stew. This would be crafted with a bowl, and 2 Rabbit Meat. It could restore 3-4 bars in your hunger bar.
There should be a new (third,) Golem and it would be called the Lapis Lazuli-Golem. Lapis Lazuli doesn't have any use, besides dying things, but maybe this was on purpose, so it could be used a currency? If you want to have the Lapis-Lazuli Golem, I would suggest to have it be made with a 3 x 3 space, and a Pumpkin / Jack-o'-lantern.It would be used for either combat, method of travel, or mining.
What I want is a rare mob. I want a Yeti in the Arctic biome and when you kill it you get its fur
I would prefer a snow troll.
You could use its troll fat in alchemy... I mean brewing.
And with its fur you could craft armour to combat the cold.
The cold Weather during blizzards or just normal snowing should increase the players hunger rate.
To make the arctic biomes better creepers or other non undead mobs should be less common.

I put my shirt on one leg at a time, just like everybody else.
I think there should be dual wielding and horses to ride
also like the flashlight and backpack ideaohh ya forgot to mention a camra, you take the picture and can turn it into a photo/painting you can fmake film by crafting iron igots withredstone, hang on the walls, scuba gear, aether, and yeits in artic bioems, kill it for its fur.
The backpack, stained glass, and flashlight/carried torch are awesome ideas. I think waypoints on the map would be crucial to a lot of people. My suggestions would be craftable cloth for making said backpack, nets, and a sort of one-use parachute for getting down long drops, that would slow you down to ladder speed for one second, (kind of like the sailcloth in the latest Zelda) timing would need to be good to be effective. I would also like to see a new kind of lighting block, A new mechanism would be nice. Can anyone say, "catapult?" or crossbow...
The number one thing I want to see in minecraft is more ocean life other than the occasional swarm of derpy squid lol. I mean some kind of seaweed or coral and some pretty simple looking fish would be dandy.
In addition, I like to be able to make some kind of hollowed out glass (sort of like a glass cauldron) that you can fill with water and throw some fish inside, and presto you got yourself a fish aquarium. It be even better if these "glass cauldrons" can connect like fences and make even bigger aquariums.
I like to see more plants in minecraft as well, such as bushes that drop berries when destroyed and jungle trees (when we eventually get them ) that drop bananas. And more mobs to make the other biomes more lively as well. Maybe some squirrels that run around the treetops and drop fruit or nuts upon death. As well as some rabbits or moles that hide underground and drop carrots and potatoes.
Last but not least, if were going to ask for bigger maps, then can we at least be able to have more than 8 players on a single map. Maybe increase it to around 12-16 players.
I know people on twitter have requested this, but I wanted to put it on here just in case no one in the forums have suggested it on this. (If they have, the mod can delete this.
Anyways, my request is to implement an option to switch from the simplified crafting system to the PC version crafting system. (And vise-versa). Like in the options menu or maybe a button in the crafting menu itself. Please consider.

I thought of this idea but I guess 4j and some one else beat me to the punch:
My suggestion isn't adding some crazy full blown mod, but rather 2 simple tweaks to vastly help out map makers and people running PVP games.I hope you see this 4J
Items should not be removed from your inventory when placing them into chests or dispensers while in creative.
This is so %*#**#< annoying. I have 32 chests each with 3-4 items going into each of them for the map I'm building even using fast place it takes ages, fill inventory, fill two rows, fill two rows, fill inventory fill two rows, now you have to get one specific enchant on all that gear your looking at literally an hour or two now repeat 32 times. This is horribly unintuitive, and really what is the point of taking them out of my inventory? I'm in creative mode!
Admin ability to change the color of players nametag:
This would be awesome for team based PvP games. It would allow easy recognition for players instead of having to remember everyones GT. You could take this oneM step farther and have an option to set if PVP would be enabled against someone with the same color nametag.
Basically, vampires mobs, another sword made out of silver (not iron), wings and the wing sword (watch video for more info.)

Blaze will drop rods and glow stone dust, still like my idea for extra glow stone though
