Since the Windows 10 Edition is a portable version, is the world only got 432 blocks x 432 blocks, like Xbox 360 do?

It's not "like the 360" in size, it's the original (old) PE size.

You'll have to start a new world (can't change the old one), "advanced" button, but this time choose "infinite" instead of "old".
