So, I was playing Minecraft in a Swamp Biome. On the first night, the place BLEW UP with HUGE slimes. I destroyed the slimes down until their smallest stage. I realized that tiny slimes aren't really hostile, they just follow you around sort of like tamed wolves, and tamed ocelots. So, I had a crazy idea that I could not let go of:
TAMEABLE TINY SLIMES.
Tiny slimes are sort of useless except for when collecting slime balls. Some don't even give you anything! So I thought, hey why not give them a use.
Tamed slimes won't attack the attacked like tamed wolves and tamed ocelots, instead they would push the attacked away, until they cannot be pushed any further. If you tame and feed two slimes an item, they will combine to become a size bigger, but they have to initially be the same for this to work.
What item would you use for a slime to become tamed? Any! The rarer the item, the bigger the chance of the slime becoming tamed. For example, if you give a slime an emerald ore, they have a great chance of becoming tamed. If you give them dirt, you might have to use a full stack on them. Also, the more you feed them, the bigger the chance of them becoming tamed.
Since it takes tiny slimes only 1 damage point to be slain, I was thinking that you could, like, equip them with a helmet so that they could take more damage without slaying themselves.
I think that's about it? What do you think?
Oh, but, could you at least make it where you could go to sleep with tiny slimes around? I hate having to slay my baby just so that people can go to sleep.

I had a tiny slime right next to me and tried to go to sleep. It told me that there was a monster nearby, so I killed it, and I could get to sleep. There wasn't anything else around.
