Also, since this is an old thread, there's been some changes in the last few updates.
You don't have to dig through the files anymore (do it the hard way). Win10 (not sure about PE) now has an Import and Export function. So now it's easy to make yourself a backup, or give your world file to someone, or import one.
Cherry's method works great also (if you have your file associations set up right).

Sorry, you can't "install" maps (mods, texture packs, or pretty much anything).
Win10 isn't like the PC version.
while you can't install mods or texture packs you can install maps.[Just make sure you have a Pocket Edtion map it seems to work]

You can, either way this is not the same as the PC, but there is a way through files (almost the same way for PC Maps).
