In the Xbox 360 version it showed it had a Star Wars skin pack in the new update. I think the skin pack for March is gonna have the skin pack.......can anyone confirm this?!?!?!?!?

Unless/until you see it announced specifically for the PS3, assume we're not getting it. Microsoft has released a bunch of skins for the xbox versions they've kept from the PlayStation releases. Without knowing their licensing agreement with each copyright holder (Disney for Star Wars, BBC for Doctor Who, etc.) it's impossible to know if they can do it without renegotiating, or if they're trying to make the xbox versions more desirable.
