Ive done some research and a little digging here and there, and unfortunately there are few people who think that these things are a possibility. The main reasons are time and money. Time i believe is not an issue at least for myself, id gladly wait however long it would take to patch these up and test them because they add so much more to the game experience. Money is also not an issue i my eyes. I realize that major expantions like tinkers construct will change and inhance a lot of the game and that the makers obviousely need to make a profit. In order to trump that, i would suggest in addition to the micro transactions like skins and textures, there should also be a list of "game expantions" where the cost fits the modification. If anyone agrees that these are possibilities show some support
I assume you're asking for mods. If so then you're not getting them. It's been explained in every mod thread in the Ps3 section ever (or just about every one).
Aside from the fact that suggestions should be posted in the Suggestionssection, what the previous poster said is correct: The availability of mods (one or many) is suggested on at least a weekly, if not daily, basis, and the answer remains the same: unless Sony changes their policies, there will be no mods.
