I researched this a little and found it's just a block ID conflict, Two of your mods you have installed are trying to use the same block ID in game, so there's your problem. As to going around and fixing? Just try to install one mod at a time and figure out what mod it is thats conflicting (Doesn't list it in error report).
Um, Thats straight from the Modloader.txt, (Or what it looks like, Correct me if I'm wrong OP), Modloader should know..
I guess your correct, hmm.. Well it's still a block conflict, and if he installed the mod twice.. it would just replace the files, not make a copy of them and conflict! So it's not ugocraft, most likely a different mod..

I knew if it installed twice in the jar it would do that, But it crashes if two are in the same mod folder, Right? (I don't knw whats in Ugocraft to know if it should be in the jar of Mods folder. :P)

Nether, i searched it up and it seems to be some weird mod..

Huh, thats weird.isn't that the Japanese mod?
Maybe they'res two folders or something, And thats why he accedently put two of them in the same folder.
I don't know, maybe the OP will tell us sooner or later.

Thats probably why it crashed, You had it installed twice, Also, can we see the full changelog, just to make sure?
Also, Could you try it on a normal jar, Without MagicLauncher? Some mods are incompatible with Magiclauncher, Oh, and if you do do that, then remember to back up the jar!

That's the thing. I suck like **** at installing mods without MagicLauncher :/

No Problem, Have 7zip or Winrar?
Either way, All you need to do, Is Highlight the class files of the mod, Then insert them into your Jar! (Drag them in, 7zip will ask you if you want to copy the files, Don't know about Winrar)
First, (Modloader, Audiomod, Deathchest, Mods like this that edit base classes can't be inserted, most of the time you can tell weither or not you want to thou, try to insert the zip into the mods folder, if it doesn't work, Look inside, You might see another folder. Or Folders. Just insert those into you're mods folder again, AND if that doesn't work, just insert them into your Jar.
Simple!
