okay, I'm getting the two following messages in terminal when i run my server

can anybody tell me how to fix this?
i honestly don't know how if i am asking a stupid question please just tell me how to fix
any help would be appreciated. if this doesn't get fixed then there goes my server

its happening to me too i dont know how to fix it
